Through the physical. You'll go deeper into the key poses of yoga and the principles of alignment while learning about sequencing. You can create a solid foundation for the practice of yoga through these practice sessions. Gathering in community and receiving one-on-one support is at the helm of what this course is about.
Hold space. Not everyone comes to yoga training to be a yoga teacher. Most people decide to change their perspective and get deeper into their practice making a personal commitment to themselves. We show up to better ourselves and to take charge of our desire to learn more about our body mind connections.
Sangha. We begin with being kind to ourselves first and this includes showing up. Showing up on the mat on a consistent basis will give you the tools.
