Course Description
This course helps you to align with your Sankalpa; a sanskrit word that embodies your intention or soul vision. You will experience living your yoga by practicing non-violent communication and granting autonomy to all beings. Throughout the course, the ancient wisdom and sacred knowledge of the yogic texts will help to ignite tapas or fire in many contexts, such as, the accessing of the deep internal will.  As you begin to dive into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and live the yamas and niyamas, your yoga practice naturally deepens. Explore yoga's rich history with experienced instructors and guest teachers that are masters in their embodiment. 

You will experience living with an even distribution of "weight" to remain upright and steady.  All trainings include teaching methodology and practice teaching. Come for yourself and share your practice with others. What would it feel like to live a life in balance? Each gathering will offer a similar sequence of 1-3 hours of yoga asana practice which can be modified for those who are in different stages of life.

​4 Required texts needed for the course, all anatomy is hands on live with deep roots in Hatha yoga anatomy. The books are released upon your confirmation of enrollment.

*those continuing on with another 100 hour module to complete a 200-hr foundational cert will get their next training for $1,100
