Yoga is one of the six fundamental systems of Indian thought, collectively known as darśana; to understand these systems, we look deeper inside ourselves as we come to terms with the teachings. All of the greatest texts introduce us to ways of seeing that create opportunities for us to recognize ourselves better. We attain what was previously unattainable by practicing yoga. In this training, you will practice asana (postures) to access that place of truth in you and you will be encouraged to create a home practice. 
 What can I expect?
  • Practice Asana, Pranayama, & Meditation 
  • Create a home practice
  • Examine Balance and apply it to your daily life
  • Live your yoga practice off the mat
  • Create a deeper relationship with yourself through the practice 
  • Study yoga philosophy, anatomy, history, sanskrit
  • Memorize a yoga sequence and practice teach it with your classmates
  • Learn sanskrit mantras 
  • Receive support from experienced instructors 
  • Have fun and be inspired by your practice
  • Become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance and begin teaching classes in less than a year
  • Community support and connection

Fulfill your 200-hour certification and become a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.

Yogi Kali Om will lead a weekend Sadhana to ignite your inner fire through asana, pranayama, mantra, prayer, and meditation. She will also offer nidra (or deep rest practice.) The course is included for those who have paid tuition. The tuition is $150 for the general public and space is limited. Enrollment begins in March for the weekend in-city retreat on April 28-30th templeyogareno.com
